Job Description: As a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with Soliant Education, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services to students. This full-time, full-year position involves working with students in various educational settings, helping them to improve their munication skills and achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the supervising SLP in conducting speech and language screenings.
• Implement treatment plans and activities designed by the SLP.
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
• Support students in individual and group therapy sessions.
• Assist in the preparation of materials and equipment for speech therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or a related field.
• Valid SLPA license in the state of Kansas.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
