Position: Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
Location: East Boston, MA

Details:

• Full-time hours: Monday to Friday
• Setting: Onsite, working closely with school staff and students
• Duties:
  • Assist in conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Implement individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
  • Document and report on student progress and adjust plans as necessary
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for students
  • Provide one-on-one or small group therapy sessions under the supervision of an SLP

Requirements:

• Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant
• Experience or readiness to work with diverse student populations
• Ability to thrive in a school-based setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for enhancing students' communication skills
