Your Impact:

• Role: Full-time position in a dynamic and nurturing school environment.
• Setting: Onsite, providing essential speech therapy services and IEP support.
• Focus: Empowering students from elementary to secondary levels (K-12) to achieve their communication goals.
• Hours: Standard school day hours, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to support each student's development.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
• Provide engaging one-on-one or small group therapy sessions under the supervision of an SLP.

Your morning might involve conducting assessments or therapy sessions, with interactions tailored to meet individual student needs. Lunch could be spent collaborating with teachers and parents to discuss student progress and strategies for support. What Were Looking For:

• Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in school settings is preferred, but CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) candidates are welcome.
• Ability to connect effectively with diverse student populations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to advancing students' speech and language skills.
