Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, munication, and swallowing disorders in students.
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans that address individual student needs and integrate seamlessly with their educational goals.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure prehensive support and effective munication strategies.
- Regularly evaluate student progress and adapt therapy plans as necessary.
- Provide guidance and training to school personnel and families to enhance support for students outside of therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Valid Oregon SLP license or eligibility.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required.
- Experience in pediatric or school settings is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
