Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Position - School District near Big Rapids, MI

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assess students' communication skills and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and other school-related activities as required

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid Michigan license or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This position offers 37 hours per week, with a start date through June 1. The daily schedule is from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with consideration given to individuals able to work 3 or 4 days per week. The caseload consists of approximately 45 students.
