This is a front-end Pharmacy Technician role. You will handle prescriptions from the start to end. Responsibilities include starting prescription intake, inputting data, managing phone calls (inbound and outbound), refilling prescriptions, resolving manual issues, clarifying prescriptions, and handling transfers from other retail stores. Expect to handle around 80-100 calls per shift when managing the phones. You will engage with all parts of the front-end pharmacy.
