Smile is currently seeking speech-language pathologists (SLP / CF-RPE) to join our dynamic team.

The Speech-Language Pathologist will work closely with our Speech Team to provide direct speech therapy services to individuals with speech, language, and communication difficulties and work as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP / CF-RPE) Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college.
• California licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or CF-RPE).
• CCC’s a plus!

General Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Maintains knowledge of current developments in the field of speech and language pertinent to the work at Smile
• Ability to provide direct services to families and children
• Effective planning and problem-solving
• Well-versed in the online session note documentation and data collection software system a plus. As well as other special education/related services software
• Excellent oral communication and written skills
• Must be able to work in collaboration with other staff members across departments and work sites
