Strategic Account Executive
Schedule: Full-Time, M-F regular business hours*
*May need to adapt working hours to meet the needs of customer time zones
Work Location: Remote, United States
Travel: Up to 50% for customer meetings and industry events around the country
FLSA Status: Exempt (Salary)
Reports To: Chief Revenue Officer
Total Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 base salary, with a total on target earning of $150,000 - $200,000
Assigned Territory/Region: Western, Central, or Eastern United States
Position Overview
STAR Autism Support is looking for a Strategic Account Executive (SAE) to join as our next integral member of the Sales team. Specifically, we are looking for someone who has experience and a track record of selling a blended solution of software and services to administrators within the largest K-12 school districts in the country. The SAE will be tasked with the responsibility of developing their territory by renewing and growing existing customers and by securing new customers. We will win new business by demonstrating how we are uniquely positioned to support students with autism and other intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD). Our ideal candidate will share our passion in helping educators and students with autism succeed through inclusive, evidence-based, and sustainable curriculum and training services.
Within the first 3 to 6 months, the SAE will be learning about our solutions, our technology tools, and our sales strategy for renewing current customers and making new sales to districts within the given territory.
