The Senior Communications Specialist position reports to the Director of Communications and will support both internal and external communication needs for a variety of key stakeholders. This is a collaborative role of planning and implementing a variety of communication tactics for multiple audiences.

• Collaborate with Director of Communication to coordinate email campaigns to Consultants and Customers for marketing sales promotions and other offers.
• Implement weekly communication emails to Consultants, including newsletter, training reminders, etc.
• Manage the process of collecting information, writing, building, proofreading, and scheduling various communication tools.
• Manage system generated autoresponder communications.
• Compile monthly engagement reports/analysis to evaluate communication effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
