Soy Bilingual Speech Therapy LLC is a growing pediatric private practice that serves the English and Spanish-speaking families of Berwyn, Cicero, Oak Park, Joliet, Chicago, and surrounding townships. We are currently interviewing to onboard additional bilingual speech-language pathologists to join our new location in Berwyn. Soy Bilingual Speech Therapy is interviewing to hire compassionate and highly skilled therapists who strive to provide culturally and linguistically-responsive services to families from diverse backgrounds. General Accountabilities

Includes, but is not limited to:

• • Administer speech-language evaluations using a combination of language samples, clinical observation, parent interview and standardized assessments.
  • Analyze and interpret speech and language assessment results to make appropriate clinical recommendations.
  • Create treatment plans for a variety of communication disorders.
  • Provide therapy using treatment approaches that best meets the needs of the client.
  • Provide parent coaching to promote carry-over of skills.
  • Complete clinical documentation by the end of each work week.
  • Meet expected productivity show rates.
  • Attend team meetings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a respectful and positive team-based environment

Job Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Experience: Appropriate certifications from an accredited program and Illinois license; minimum 1 year of pediatric experience preferred but not required
• Abide by Code of Ethics
