Healthcare Talent Support is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join a leader in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and teens with autism.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings
- Provide direct behavior analysis services to individuals, including skill acquisition training and behavior reduction strategies
- Collaborate with team members, including Behavior Analysts and other professionals, to ensure effective treatment planning and implementation
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make data-driven decisions for intervention adjustments
- Provide behavior management strategies and techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Stay up to date with the latest research and developments in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
As part of the position, working under the supervision of a BCBA, the BCaBA may:
Provide case supervision and case management for ABA therapy programs for children with Autism
Provide parent training on the principles of ABA and behavior analysis
Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Conduct functional behavioral assessments/analyses
Conduct assessments, e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS
Develop individualized treatment plans (e.g., goals, objectives, and interventions) and monitor client progress towards goals
Prepare written progress reports and treatment plans
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism in the clinic, home, and community settings
Ensure compliance with insurance requirements for session notes and data, treatment plans, case supervision, RBT requirements, etc.
Assists with a variety of professional tasks such as presentations to community and professional groups and CEU workshops.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or related field required
- Masters degree in psychology preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges
- Experience working within a school, or in home or in community setting a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis and documentation
Must be able to pass a Criminal History Background Check
Must have excellent writing and communication skills
Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask
Must be able to work well as part of a team

Our Intensive In-Home Services (IIH) are provided in the youth’s home and/or in community based settings, and center based setting. Home-link International address complex needs and challenging behaviors including but not limited to: noncompliance to verbal/written directions, tantrums, elopement, property destruction, physical/verbal aggression, self-injurious behaviors, and inappropriate sexual behavior under Intensive In-Home Services.
