Patient Representative
Arlington, VA
6:30AM-3:00PM M-F
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Services Representative to join our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date om file/computer system.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle medical scheduling and assist with insurance verification

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of dental terminology
- Experience in urgent care, ER, or dental clinic settings is preferred
