Position: Solar Sales and Marketing Operations Manager

Salary: $95,000 per year, plus quarterly bonus of up to $3,500

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Sales and Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in driving sales and marketing strategies within the solar energy sector. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our sales and marketing teams, developing and executing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the efficient and effective execution of our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth in the solar energy market.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize current strategies.
• Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI on marketing and sales efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
• Proven track record of developing successful sales and marketing strategies and leading teams to achieve targets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
