We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team! You will be responsible for dispensing drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and provide appropriate medication therapy management
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
- Provide patient education on medication use and potential side effects
- Perform medication reconciliation and review for drug interactions
- Participate in utilization review and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
- Active pharmacist license in the state of practice
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy practices
- Completion of a pharmacy residency program preferred
- Experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including emergency room and critical care settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
