Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D Formulation Scientist to join our Research and Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing formulations for our tablet products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, efficacy, and safety. This role requires a strong background in Oral Solid Dose formulation and a commitment to excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday (4-day work week!)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize formulations for tablet products, ensuring they meet all regulatory and quality standards.
• Conduct pre-formulation studies and compatibility assessments.
• Design and execute experiments to support formulation development, including pilot scale and full-scale production.
• Create detailed work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing, to ensure successful product development and scale-up.
• Conduct stability studies and analyze data to ensure product consistency and shelf-life.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements and industry trends in pharmaceutical formulation.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all formulation development activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in formulation. Must have experience with Oral Solid Dose.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in designing and conducting experiments, data analysis, and problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
