Manufacturing Technician for a growing Medical Device Manufacturing Company

Three-day week-ends!

Mon - Thursday 10-hour shifts 2:00pm-12:30am

We recently moved our production operations to a new state-of-the-art facility on Franklin Blvd in Eugene, OR. The Manufacturing Technician:

• Is a dependable and self-motivated with great attendance;
• Is responsible for the productivity, efficiency, accuracy, and quality of our processes and products during the evening shift;
• Takes instruction from the Manager or Team Leader such that tasks are organized and prioritized to maximize efficiency;
• Carries out tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions for the Launching/Lathing/Polishing/Blocking/Edging stations;
• Communicates problems/concerns/suggestions to the Team Leader or Manager;
• Assists with troubleshooting;
• Works to improve the company's processes and products;
• Participates in monthly manufacturing meetings with their respective Team Leader;
• Participates in Continual Improvement strategies to always strive to enhance Valley’s processes and products;
• Ensures the work stations in the Manufacturing Department are kept organized and clean.

• Be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
