Strategist, Marketing Operations
SUMMARY:
The Marketing Operations Strategist is responsible for the technical deployment of marketing activities for the company, including the managing and qualifying of leads, data collection and reporting, and the administration of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE).
This position will be tasked with fully understanding the customer lifecycle, and the implementation of complementary marketing programs to positively impact customer acquisition.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Map the lead generation and lead qualification process with corresponding associated marketing tactics
Assist in the mapping of customer lifecycle and associated marketing campaign touches
Implement and monitor automated MCAE campaigns including creating emails and landing pages within MCAE
Create and maintain salesforce reporting as directed
Provide strategic oversight into the Ampersand Salesforce use case and provide suggestions and improvements.
Manage and maintain data migration between Salesforce and MCAE
Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience administering Salesforce within an organization or as an agency partner/expert
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, or equivalent experience in marketing, business, marketing operations, sales operations, or related field.
Salesforce certifications preferred.
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:
Salesforce certifications preferred:
o Salesforce Marketing Associate
o Salesforce Administrator

Demonstrated project management skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Communicates with tact, diplomacy, and discretion, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and involvement.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, establish priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective interpersonal and relationship management skills to communicate with a range of people.
Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Hybrid work environment with some required in-office work. Traditional office environment with no unusual work conditions.
Prolonged periods sitting at desk and working on computer.
Frequent use of keyboard with repetitive motion of hands, wrists, and fingers.
