Long Island based Managed IT Service provider seeks a Network Operations/Help Desk Technician to join our growing team. This position is a full time role with the potential for a hybrid in office and remote/work from home opportunity. 1-2 years min experience required. College degree from an accredited university or equivalent technical school required. Applicant must have a clean drivers license and reliable transportation to travel to and from the office and/or client sites.

Qualifications:

• Technical sales and account management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
• Ability to work and be available Monday-Friday, 8am – 6pm
• Availability to work after hours and on-call on weekends (when needed)
• A+ Certification and experience in computer hardware, software and networks preferred
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11
• Strong knowledge of MS 365
• Working knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
• Working knowledge of Azure AD and prem Active Directory
• Good understanding of CRM, ticketing systems, and other IT software/tools
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Take a personal interest in, and responsibility for quality of work performed
• Ability to articulate technical information clearly and simply to non-technical people
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
• Must work well in a team environment as well as independently
• Organized and able to resolve tasks in a timely manner
