Job Description

We are seeking a Personal Lines CSR to become a part of our organization! You will work with new and existing customers to review their personal property and liability exposures, provide guidance on how best to cover those exposures and help place coverage for them with the appropriate insurance company(s). 

Responsibilities:

  • Review Customer Renewal Policies and Assist with billing or Coverage Questions
  • Review/Analyze for Cross-Sell and Upsell Opportunities
  • Report Claims to the Insurance Carriers 
  • Working Independently to Quote New Business and Policy Changes
  • Answer Phones and Log Phone Calls

Qualifications:

  • Property/Casualty Insurance License
  • Previous Experience in Insurance
  • Experience in Conflict Resolution
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Deadline and Detail-Oriented
