The Crowther Group, a Commercial General Contractor in Dallas Texas, is seeking a motivated experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. Working in a collaborative team environment, the Marketing Manager will provide support for strategic construction proposals and presentation development and various advertising, PR, social media, and promotional programs for the company. Primary responsibilities:

• Prepare Public, Government, and Private RFP/proposal responses and qualifications
• Write and submit content for social media, blog, and collateral
• Prepare presentation materials
• Create custom design projects, as needed
• Assist with ordering marketing items for all Company Departments.
• Manage and edit photography for projects and staff
• Manage trade show and special event planning, execution, and follow-up
• Assist with internal events as needed
• Maintain corporate brand standards in the Company.
• Prepare award submissions
• Participate in the creation of and manage the annual marketing plan for the Company.
• Manage BD & marketing expenditures to ensure consistency with the budget
• Assist in identifying metrics to track strategic sales initiatives and marketing success
• Manage and support local industry events (virtual and in person) and actively participate in professional and community organizations

Education/Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or marketing with 4-7 years of A/E/C marketing experience preferred. No degree - 6-10 years of architecture, engineering or construction marketing experience. Candidates must be proficient with Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office Suite. Candidates must be creative, have strong writing skills, be well organized and dependable. Experience working in the A/E/C industry is desirable, as is working with websites, email marketing programs, and CRM programs (Salesforce, Cosential, Dynamics, etc.).
