What You Will Be Doing
Join Our Client, a leader in commercial construction projects. We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent with MEP expertise and a strong background in large-scale projects, including data centers.
The Ideal Candidate
The Traveling Superintendent will oversee on-site activities, ensuring project specifications, safety, and quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include coordinating with project managers and subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, managing schedules and budgets, conducting site inspections, and leading site staff.
Other Essential Functions
- 10+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience.
- Extensive MEP systems knowledge.
- Proven success with projects over $50 million.
- Data center construction experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel nationwide.
- Proficient in Procore and Excel.
