Manufacturing Client in California is Seeking an Automation Engineer / Controls Engineer / Fanuc Programmer

This company produces high end End-of-line packaging equipment, line integration, and robotic palletizer cells.

The right candidate will be able to achieve the following:

For Programming Only
Coordinate with mechanical engineering department on Robotics applications.
Run Fanuc Sim Software / Roboguide software to validate design / cycle rates
Program robot using teach pendant
Program using pallet tool and/or handling tool
Create Electrical Schematics (UL508A experience a +)
Create HMI software with Studio 5000 (open to discussion. Existing PLC programmer can handle this step if it falls out of fanuc experience)
Create PLC programs with RSlogix (open to discussion. Existing PLC programmer can handle this step if it falls out of fanuc experience)
Create electrical component BOM’s (open to discussion. Existing PLC programmer can handle this step if it falls out of fanuc experience)

For Programming + Tooling / Auxiliary Equipment Design

• Coordinate with sales department to design robotics systems including auxiliary devices, EOAT’s
• Run Fanuc Sim Software / Roboguide software to validate design / cycle rates
• Program robot using teach pendant
• Program using pallet tool and/or handling tool
• Create Electrical Schematics (UL508A experience a +)

Prefered additional experience:

• Create HMI software with Studio 5000
• Create PLC programs with RSlogix
• Create electrical component BOM’s

Relocation expenses will be covered in full.
Wage +$72 hr DOE
