We’re looking for a unique individual to join our team as a Digital Team Leader. This isn’t just any leadership role—it’s a pivotal position in our high-quality digital lead generation organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Coordination: Coordinate and guide team to ensure smooth execution of projects, from inception to delivery.
Project Leadership & Management: Must be able to oversee the lifecycle of client projects, from initial concept to final delivery. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. Should have a familiarity with at least one project management platform.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Understand client business objectives, strategies, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
Development Background: Collaborate with the development team to provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients, ensuring their projects align with best practices and technological advancements.
Marketing Strategy: You should be familiar with marketing strategies to assist clients in developing effective digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.
Performance Monitoring: Track project progress and performance, providing regular updates to clients. Analyze key metrics and provide insights to improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on using their web solutions effectively. Address any technical issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a smooth user experience.
Issue Resolution: Work with team members and clients to identify and fix digital issues that might arise.
Website Management: Assist in managing and updating client websites, ensuring optimal performance and functionality. WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, and more.
Additional Bonus Skills:
Full-time or part-time positions available, with flexible schedules to accommodate your needs, including parents who require flexibility due to family responsibilities.. You have the ability to work from home on Mondays and Fridays and work in the office with the team on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, depending on your position and schedule requirements.
