A highly rated company with a facility in the Farmington Hills, MI area is currently seeking an Inventor Designer for long term opportunities with their growing team. Inventor Designer rates are anticipated to be $24-26/hr. based on each candidates experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Overtime is paid at 1.5 over 40 hours. We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualified Inventor Designers will have most (if not all) of the following skills and experiences:

* 2+ years of recent / relevant Mechanical Design Engineering experience with product design in the material and food handling equipment industry. Closely related industries will also be considered.
* Must have experience with 3D Inventor.
* A BS in Mechanical Engineering is a benefit, but not essential. Equivalent combinations of an Associate degree / experience / etc. will be considered.
* Must be able to work in the US- US Citizens / Canadian Citizens / US Green Card holders welcome.
* Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
