Job Description

We are looking for a project lead and daily construction labor. Responsibilities include: managing your on-site team daily, participating in work, communicating with owners and on-site job supervisors. This is a selective demo position meaning we go into existing commercial buildings and prepare them for remodels and or rebranding. We remove walls, flooring, cabinetry, hardware, signage, windows, doors. etc. The qualified candidate should have construction and project lead experience, be a self starter, reliable, able to work well with others, have good communication skills, reliable transportation, and a great work ethic.
