Essential Functions:
- Provide specialized desktop and end user IT support
- Researching and provide guidance to the best technical solutions available from the Agency IT providers to meet Directorate end user requirements
- Install specialized software and assisting users with unified desktop office automation support in conjunction with I3P providers
- Provide input support requests for Agency IT services into the appropriate Directorate/Agency/Center system and ensure support through closure of the requests
- Install specialized software, maintaining updates to specialized software
- Assist users with unified desktop office automation support in conjunction with IT Infrastructure Integration Program (I3P) providers
- Track, maintain, and manage the inventory of all software and hardware assets
- Facilitate the purchase of maintenance agreements and software license renewals for the directorate and report status of this activity
- Identify, track, and update all HH&P flight and nonflight property and equipment in the NASA Equipment System
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related area
- 3-5 years of experience
- Experience with the NASA Property System (N-PROP)
