Title: Field Systems Engineer – EUC

SUMMARY
The Field Systems Engineer will work with a team and independently to support a diverse set of clients in the public and private sector. They will use technical support and desktop management skills to ensure client workstations and network performance meet user requirements. They will provide support by troubleshooting technical problems, determine root cause and advise on appropriate resolutions.
This Engineer will work both remotely, using RMM Tools, and on-site to complete assigned project-based work and must demonstrate good communication skills with co-workers and clients. The Engineer will perform all responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Provide technical support for all computer end-user related needs including troubleshooting desktop support, installations & upgrades
· Diagnose computer hardware and software programs
· Administer and support end-user technologies for wide range of clients
· Understand and communicate respectfully technical information to all clients
· Install, configure and maintain end-user technologies, including mobile technologies
· Administer and troubleshoot basic network issues, file sharing services; add or upgrade end- user software and configure peripherals
· Maintain documentation of client issue resolution and related processes and procedures
· Support common business and productivity software
· Assist clients with requests for technology services and engage appropriate IT personnel via helpdesk ticketing system
· Maintain confidentiality with regard to the all client information by following sound security protocols
· Serve as a technology advocate and embrace ever changing technologies
OTHER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience with Microsoft 365, Apple or Google G-Suite solutions
· Experience with basic network troubleshooting
