Senior CQV Engineer
- Minimum of 8 years related experience required.
- Technical or Engineering degree desired.
- Must be self-motivated, a go-getter, resourceful, organized
- A take-charge personality is needed to push a project along.
- Must be able to develop test protocols utilizing client standards, vendor, and design documentation. Be able to develop test scripts (not just handed a template to re-use).
We need CQV Engineers with experience in some or all these areas:
- HVAC / BAS
- Experience with clean utilities such as WFI water systems CQV
- Central Plant Equipment
- MEP Building Systems
- Bioreactors
- Filling Lines
- Sterile Filling and Isolators & Packaging Systems
- Non-GxP utilities (Fire Alarm Controls / Lighting Controls / UPS & Generators / Steam & Boilers / Chilled Water & Chillers / Cooling Towers)
- Proficient with MS Office suite of programs (Word, Excel at a minimum)
- Strong communication skills
Job tasks will entail (at a minimum but not limited to)
- Project management / lead roles; project team leader
- Working on multiple projects
- Daily coordination with the project team
- Commissioning and validation document development (project plans, lifecycle documentation, test protocols, etc.)
- Hold project meetings and issue meeting minutes as required
- Track and manage project financials, deliverables, and schedules.
- Perform CQV execution as required
- Track and resolve issues with the project team
- Develop summary reports and ensure proper project turnover
- Account Management
- Proposal writing
