Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and inventory control
- Maintain and enforce high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation
- Foster a team-oriented culture, encouraging collaboration and exceptional customer service
- Train and develop team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Monitor and analyze sales, expenses, and profitability to achieve targets and maximize efficiency

Qualifications:

- Prior management experience in the restaurant industry is essential
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Food handlers card certification is required
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Flexibility in working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Salary and Benefits:

- Starting salary in the range of $45,000 to $48,000 annually, depending on experience
- Comprehensive training and evaluation period within the first 90 days
