• Background: Currently employed with a GC, Developer or large Subcontractor.
• Experience: Proven track record in Commercial Multifamily Project management.
• Skillset: Ability to oversee a project from inception to completion.
• Expertise: Familiarity with Wood-frame construction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure smooth project execution.
