Job Description
Full-time (in-office) associate position for an institutional investment consulting firm in Newtown, PA.
Summary
The Client Relations Associate (“Associate”) is expected to assist the Client Relations Department and senior executive investment professionals in all aspects of client services related to pension and other investment funds.

The Candidate must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to multi-task. He/She will be expected to demonstrate good communication and organizational skills, and project a professional image through in-person, telephone, and email interactions with coworkers and business partners. The Candidate must possess a strong work ethic and work well in a team environment. Due to the nature of the industry, workflow will vary based on various factors such as client meetings/schedule, reporting production cycle, and market fluctuations.
The Candidate must be experienced in using computer programs including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) as well as Adobe.
Requirements
Candidate must have a business degree from a four-year college or university.
