Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide updates on recruitment progress.
• Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist in developing job descriptions and posting jobs on various platforms.
• Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities to promote the company and attract candidates.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
