Title: Customer Service Specialist
Duration: 6 months
Location: San Antonio, TX
Client: Banking
Responsibilities:
- Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Customer Service
- Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures
- Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters
- Develop an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Provide information to client personnel in Customer Service
Required Skills:
- Customer Service experience
- Financial Services experience
- Spanish fluent or bilingual in spanish
- Handling Calls
- Contact Center experience
- Ability to review and analyze basic issues, policies, or procedures
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work within defined parameters
- Strong communication skills
Salary range:$15 - $20 per hour
