Position Overview:
We are seeking a Certified Public Accountant to support our team within the Division of Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes. This project-based role is set for one month with the potential for extension. The candidate will work remotely for up to 50 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Provide accounting expertise to assist with financial reviews and reporting.
• Prepare accurate and detailed documentation related to Common Interest Realty Associations (CIRAs).
• Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines.

Education/Skills Required:

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Strong writing skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Experience in Common Interest Realty Associations Accounting is preferred.

Work Environment:

• 100% Remote with flexible working hours.
