Life Support BI is looking to hire a Behavior Specialist Supervised Parent Coach Visitation Position with a Bachelor level or higher for our Centennial, Colorado office. Life Support BI is a mental health facility that provides services to youth, at risk children and families. Behavior Specialist Parent Coach Supervised Visitation Position must be an effective communicator, available weekends and evenings. Bilingual (Spanish / English) a plus. At risk family experience also a plus. Need to have a dependable vehicle to transport children to appointment visits and keep accurate client records current. Also must maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.

Job Summary
Life Support BI is looking to hire a behavior therapist to join our team! In this position, you will facilitate group and individual therapies and conduct assessments, creating individualized treatment plans. If you are a behavior therapist who wants to make a difference in your clients' lives and your community, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Perform wellness checks regularly
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient treatment plan and documentation information
- Comply with all licensing and facility standards
- Perform intakes & assessments
- Facilitate individual and group treatments
- Use evidence-based treatment methods
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
Qualifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Behavioral health therapist experience preferred
- Clinical social worker license must be unrestricted and current
- Must be organized with a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in social work, counseling or a similar field
