Position Overview: As a Full-Time LPN/RN, you will play a vital role in our inpatient center, providing nursing care, medication management, and support to clients receiving addiction treatment. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the health and well-being of our clients throughout their recovery journey.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and medication management to clients under the supervision of the medical director.
• Conduct health assessments and screenings to monitor clients' physical and mental health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Educate clients about medication regimens, health promotion, and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and client responses.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an LPN or RN in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in addiction treatment or mental health settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills.
• Knowledge of addiction treatment principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
