We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and hardworking Medical Practice Office Manager/Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our Podiatric Medical and Surgical Practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative staff, creating, documenting and optimizing office processes, and ensuring efficient patient care delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of office staff to ensure smooth operations.

2. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

3. Manage patient scheduling, registration, and billing processes.

4. Oversee medical records management and ensure confidentiality and security of patient information.

5. Monitor office inventory and supplies, and place orders as necessary.

6. Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care delivery.

7. Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.

8. Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.

9. Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve office goals and targets.

10. Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and best practices to ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements:

1. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred but equivalent experience will be considered.

2. Proven experience as a Medical Office Manager/Administrator in a healthcare setting.

3. Strong knowledge of medical billing, insurance procedures, and healthcare regulations.

4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.

5. Proficiency in medical software and Microsoft Office Suite.

6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.

7. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

8. Certification in Healthcare Management is a plus.
