Our Mid-Level Position Role
We are seeking a full-time Mid-Level Practitioner to join our team and help us achieve our mission of changing lives through holistic healthcare. The ideal candidate will have experience in functional medicine and bioidentical hormone replacement. Additionally, having experience with nutritional counseling and fitness would be preferred. We will provide clinical training on Also, it is essential this candidate possess a passion for helping people achieve optimal health. This position requires more than just being a provider, it involves coaching and mentoring.
Duties
- Conduct patient follow-ups, ensuring all treatment plans are being followed and making any necessary adjustments
-Order supplements, medications, and specific labs as required, ensuring all orders are accurate and timely
- Track patient outcome and capture testimonials/referrals to support the growth of our practice
- Work in collaboration with and provide direction to Health Coach, ensuring the support and guidance our patients need is provided
- Oversee the use of Software, ensuring all patient information is accurately recorded and easily accessible. Provide proper and complete EMR documentation for subsequent office visits and interactions
-Additional responsibilities may include participating in community events, providing educational resources to patients, and staying up-to-date with the latest research in functional medicine and bio-identical hormone replacement
Compensation
- Must have an active SC Nurse Practitioner, Federal DEA, & State DEA Licenses
- Competitive salary that is negotiable and based on experience
- Opportunity for bonuses based on performance
Schedule
- Monday through Thursday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- No holidays or weekends
- The practitioner will have flexibility in their schedule but must be available for patient appointments and team meetings as required.
