Position available at our Full Service Partnership treatment program (www.socialmodel.com)..
- Role model appropriate healthy and ethical behaviors in all interactions, including HIPAA and Confidentiality standards.
- Act as the LPHA (Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts) for the program. LPHA duties include reviewing resident/participant charts, determining medical necessity and level of care through an approved assessment tool (AIA, ASAM), review treatment plans, assist staff with corrections with their documentation, finalize documentation, and create authorizations to treat.
- Facilitate the delivery of treatment services to program residents/participants, which may include individual counseling, group sessions, multi-family sessions, and educational groups.
- Document the services provided according to standards set by the Agency and applicable County, State, and Federal regulations. Documentation should be clear, concise, and completed in a timely manner.
- Familiarity and adherence to all regulatory expectations and ethical standards and Agency policies and procedures, including the Agency’s Core Beliefs.
LCSW, MFT, or ASW, AMFT with a minimum of one year's experience. Registered with the BBS. Salary commensurate with credential and experience.
Knowledge of 12-Step philosophy. Non smoker.
