- Qualifications:
- Licensed mental health professional (e.g., psychologist, clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist)
- Minimum of 2000 hours of experience providing EIDBI services
- Completion of required EIDBI training
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise EIDBI service delivery
- Conduct comprehensive multi-disciplinary evaluations
- Develop and update individual treatment plans
- Provide ongoing clinical supervision to EIDBI practitioners
- Ensure compliance with EIDBI program requirements and best practices
- Specific Duties:
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of clients
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct EIDBI services as needed
- Train and mentor EIDBI practitioners
- Collaborate with families and other healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in team meetings and care coordination
- Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and evidence-based interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and documentation systems
- Additional Requirements:
- Maintain current licensure and required certifications
- Participate in ongoing professional development
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations
