Job Description

We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist / Medical Assistant fluent in Spanish to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
  • Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
  • Escort patients to exam rooms
  • Prior Authorization
  • Check out
  • New prescriptions/refills

​Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields to include insurance verification and prior authorizations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Must have excellent phone etiquette
  • Prior experience in a cardiac office preferred, but not a requirement
