Description:

Align Counseling is seeking a compassionate, experienced Licensed/Licensed Associate Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will work with high-achieving clients, helping them navigate personal and relational challenges through a collaborative and tailored therapeutic approach. We value empathy, honesty, and transparency, and we offer a curated experience for both our clients and our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as EFT, EMDR, IFS, and/or CAMS.
• Collaborate with clients to set goals and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and AZBBHE rules and statutes
• Contribute to a supportive team environment.
• Continuously refine your expertise by staying informed on the latest best practices and trends in mental health, ensuring the highest standard of care for our discerning clients.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as an LPC, LAC, LMFT, LAMFT or equivalent in the state of Arizona. Independent or Associate license required.
• Advanced training in EFT, EMDR, or other relevant therapeutic modalities is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
• Commitment to providing a client-centered experience.
