RemX Staffing is currently hiring for Licensed Healthcare Reps. This is a Remote position with all equipment provided.

Position: Licensed Health Insurance Agents *Must be licensed in Health/does not need to be licensed in Life

Job Requirements:

Mostly inbound calls; outbound calls are only made to those requesting calls

You'll be using the knowledge that you bring to the role by helping others with Medicare.

The candidate will provide excellent customer service with a mostly inbound call model..

Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services and best solutions to meet their personal health and financial needs.

Outbound calls to provide follow up when needed.

Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner.

Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services.

Qualifications:

Current Health insurance license in your state of residence

High speed internet access

Minimum six (6) months sales experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Type of position: Direct Hire (multiple start dates September - October)

Hours: 6am-2am M-Sun (must have open availability)

Training: Training likely 8am-4:30pm EST or CST for 2-4 weeks

Pay: English $21/hr; Spanish $24/hr

Experience Required:

Minimum six (6) months health insurance sales experience

Current Health insurance license in candidate’s state of residence

Internet/Computer Requirements:

They provide equipment

Must be able to plug in directly for internet

Must have high speed and reliable internet
