JOB SUMMARY:
Maintenance PM requires Microsoft Office abilities including Excel, Word, Access,
Power Point and Graphing abilities. Must have high organizational skills in following schedules and document controls Electronic and Manual. Floor Tech support and PM Service activities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Controls all PM Documentation. (Static and Dynamic)
2. Distribute and Coordinate Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Bi-Annual and Annual PM Static / Dynamic Schedules.
3. Track and Report PM Success to schedules.
4. Track and Schedule Calibration requirements on all equipment.
5. Track and Report open issues on equipment and report status by area.
6. Coordinate Forklift PM’s and Facility Equipment PM’s.
7. Track and Schedule Annual Certifications to Plant Systems. Cranes, Fire Riser Inspections, Water backflow testing and Fire Alarm Inspections.
8. Perform PM activities with Crew on assigned Task not limited to Electrical, Mechanical
Serge repair and Necessary Test
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· High School Graduate.
· TCAT Certificate of completion or 5 years experience as Maintenance Tech.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Education in Microsoft Software including Excel, Word and Access Data Base.
· Abilities to generate reports using Power point.
· Electronic document controls.
· Ability to send E-mails and Coordinate Vendors.
· Progressing through Maintenance Education Curriculums.
