Job Description:

Our client is seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for temporary coverage at an elementary school. The ideal candidate will provide healthcare services to students and staff, ensuring a safe and healthy school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer first aid and basic healthcare to students and staff.

- Manage and dispense medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.

- Respond to emergency situations and provide appropriate care.

- Maintain accurate and confidential health records for students.

- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student health concerns.

- Collaborate with school administration on health-related policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Valid RN or LPN license in the state.

- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.

- CPR and First Aid certification required.
