Well-established and respected outpatient mental health and AODA clinic with two locations and a consistent referral base seeking a licensed provider to work a minimum of 24 hours per week. Serving the Watertown community as well as Jefferson and Dodge Counties for over 31 years. Flexible work environment; including ability to set own hours as office space allows. Dual licensure in mental health and AODA a plus but not required. Supervisor certified in AODA an additional plus. Will consider those with training liecenses as well (LPC-IT, LMFT-IT, APSW, ISW, SAC-IT).  Two positions available due to recent retirement and substantially increased client base.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree or higher
• License to practice in the state of Wisconsin (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, psychologist, CSAC, SAC) (LPC-IT, LMFT-IT, APSW, ISW, SAC-IT will also be considered)
• Professional Liability Insurance ($1,000,000.00/$3,000,000.00 coverage minimum)
• Availability to work 24-40 hours per week
