Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a LPN. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of patient care, assist in resident care plans, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply rooms and adhere to company policies and administer medications as prescribed.

Qualifications

• Valid Nursing license in the state of Ohio
• Experience in providing care to elderly or disabled individuals
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with residents
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Physical stamina and strength to perform the duties of the role
• Willingness to undergo background checks and pre-employment physical
• Additional certifications or training in specialized care areas is a plus
