What We’re Looking For:
- Availability: Must be available for training the week of 8/12 and start regular shifts by 8/19.
- Dedication: Minimum commitment of 2 afternoons between 4:00-7:30pm per week with reliability.
- Passion for Helping Children: Experience in ABA is a plus, but not required – we provide top-tier training.
- Energy and Enthusiasm: Creativity, multitasking skills, flexibility, and patience are key.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ABA Instruction: Deliver individualized and group curriculum designed by the Clinic Manager.
- Engage with Parents: Communicate daily with parents about their child’s progress.
- Data Collection: Collect and analyze skill acquisition and behavior data under BCBA supervision.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or current enrollment in a four-year program preferred.
- Experience: Previous work with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and reliable transportation are a must.
