Job DescriptionCompany Description
The purpose of the Residential Support is to assist persons served by providing services and supports necessary to assist the recipient in achieving and maintaining rehabilitative, sobriety, recovery and maintain daily living goals. This is intended to meet the mental health, substance abuse, and daily living needs of adults who have significant functional impairments that seriously interfere with or impede their roles or functioning in family, school, or community.
- Tasks include initial engagement of consumer to the group home after admission,
- participation on all assessment’s treatment/recovery plan,
- assist with all daily living needs,
- maintaining a clean residence,
- meetings, bi-weekly meetings, program staff trainings, and satisfaction surveys.
- driving is required in company vehicle good driving records is needed
We are hiring for the following shifts:
12 hour shifts on Saturday and Sundays
