Responsibilities:

• Innovate and Create: Design and build cutting-edge applications with modern technologies, intuitive user interfaces, and scalable data processing architectures using HTML5 and open-source software.
• Optimize and Enhance: Continuously manage, optimize, and improve the product to ensure top-notch performance and reliability.
• Prototype and Experiment: Rapidly prototype new methods for processing and exploiting data, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
• Support and Collaborate: Work closely with the infrastructure platform team in a high-performance computing environment, ensuring seamless operations.
• Research and Share: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and communicating state-of-the-art methods from industry, academia, and government.

Qualifications:

• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Python, Java, HTML5, and application frameworks (React, Django).
• Cloud Savvy: Experience with cloud services like AWS, OpenStack, GCP, Azure, IBM, Rackspace.
• Container Wizardry: Knowledge of Docker and Linux containers.
• CI/CD Expertise: Hands-on experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
• Proven Experience: 8+ years of related experience.

• Languages/Scripting: JavaScript
